The Trevails are a family that mostly consists of humans, or occasionally half-and-halfs. They live on the Island and are Islanders.

One of the Trevails, Morveren, is the main character of Stormswept.

- In St Pirans, where Conor and Sapphire lived temporarily, there was an elderly couple with the last name of Trevail. It is unknown whether or not they are related to these Trevails. They only appear in The Tide Knot.
